Chef Tee's creativity was put to the test during a judged cook-off competition where competitors were challenged to create a standout dish. She stepped outside of her comfort zone and created something she had never made before: a Cookout-Inspired Citrus Infused Deep-Fried Cornish Hen.
The risk paid off. Chef Tee took home the WIN.
That winning dish represented exactly what Tasti Tease is about: creativity, confidence, bold flavor, and never being afraid to do something different.
